Rainer Schnorbus laid the foundation for SHWP in 1994 with the purchase of a tax office. In May 2000, the firm was founded with Jürgen Helmhold, graduate in business administration,
certified public accountant and tax advisor, as partner. Expansion of the partnership in 2006 with Carsten Wardemann, lawyer and tax advisor, as partner. In 2009 expansion of the
partnership with Bernd Goossens, graduate in business administration, certified public accountant and tax advisor. Last expansion of the partnership in 2014 with the admission of Izumi
Tanaka, graduate physicist and admitted as German tax advisor, and Daniel Pott, lawyer and tax advisor. Change of legal form to a PartGmbB at the beginning of 2016.
In addition to our head office in Neuss, we also maintain an office on Königsallee in Düsseldorf.
