SHWP can handle accounting, file tax returns (such as monthly VAT returns) and prepare monthly or quarterly business reports. All relevant laws and filing deadlines are observed. We also offer our clients cloud-based solutions for the digital transmission and processing of your receipts.
Depending on the size and organisation of your business, you will have specific needs. This is why we do not have standard service packages. We align our services to suit your requirements. This may range from in-house solutions provided at your firm to you completely outsourcing your bookkeeping to us. Besides handling and booking digitalised receipts, we can also monitor collection and payments.
All SHWP consultants are proficient in English and happy to answer your questions personally, by phone or e-mail. We can also handle your bookkeeping needs in English. The DATEV software standard we use enables us to process international transactions in multiple languages.
For clients who prefer to keep their receipts at their company, we offer Business online (“Unternehmen online”). Business online is a program from DATEV*) that facilitates the exchange of relevant data and receipts between the client and the consultant using a safe Internet connection. Access to this online system is based on an ID card certified by DATEV (using a USB interface). This protects data from unauthorized third-party access, thus accelerating and simplifying cooperation between client and consultant as well as the processing of receipts.

DATEV is a registered cooperative. Around 70,000 out of 90,000 tax advisors in Germany are exclusive members of DATEV, which provides professional software solutions including regular program updates.
